How we started
Paul began by repairing used horse saddles and tack , but before long he recognized the potential to expand . Paul began by handcrafting leather tack and selling in the online market place. The popularity the horse tack led to the manufacture of more leather items prompting Paul to start Hill Leather Company.
Today’s Hill Leather is experiencing continual growth and caters to a variety of U.S. and international customers in the markets it serves including equine, leather supply, Saddlery supplier and custom manufacturing. While much has changed through the years, our steadfast commitment to our customers remains our top priority.
Many of our products are handcrafted in Port Crane, New York and feature the finest materials, skilled American workmanship and finishing touches for years of dependable performance.
