New Western tan color Horse Pulling Breast Collar with tooling by Justin Cody Saddle Co. The breast collar has tooling down both sides  of the straps and outlined with white stitching. This heavy duty tooled leather pulling breast collar made from good thick leather.  The breast collar is 2 1/2″ double ply shaped and tapers to 2″ near the ends.
