New Western Horse Pulling Breast Collar. Heavy Duty Herman Oak Harness Leather Pulling Breast Collar. This is a good thick Herman Oak harness leather work Pulling breast collar. The breast collar is 3″ double ply, Herman Oak harness leather shaped and tapers from 3″ to 2 1/2″ near the ends. It has heavy 1″ tugs with stainless steel hardware. All of the buckles have rollers on them. The girth, strap which has a roller buckle for adjustment and snap on the end.
