New 17″ Roughout pencil roll hard tail Ranch Roper with Rawhide by Circle L Saddle Company. These are very nice quality saddles that are well built here in the USA.  This is a great working Ranch or Roping saddle. It has roughout over most of the saddle with basket weave tooling on the pommel and a place behind the seat. It also has a close contact cutout under the fenders for better feel and 3″ stirrup leathers. The saddle also has wide rawhide stitching on the sides of the pommel and on the back of the pencil roll seat. It has 3″ deep rawhide covered roping stirrups. The saddle comes with rear off billets which have basket weave  tooling down the middle and a good thick 3 3/4″ wide leather rear cinch. It has a Bull hide covered  wood tree with Full Quarter Horse bars. It is made out of soft supple leather and ready to ride.
