New Western Tooled chocolate color Horse Pulling Breast Collar with rawhide. Heavy Duty tooled Leather Pulling Breast Collar made from domestic cowhide leather. This is a good thick leather work Pulling breast collar. The breast collar is 2 3/4″ double ply shaped and tapers to 1 3/4″ near the ends. It has heavy 1 1/4″ tugs with roller buckles.
