New Western smaller Horse Pulling Breast Collar. Heavy Duty Herman Oak Harness Leather Pulling Breast Collar. This is a good thick Herman Oak harness leather work Pulling breast collar. The breast collar is 2″ wide double ply, Herman Oak harness leather shaped and tapers from 2″ to  1 3/4″ near the ends. It has 3/4″ tugs with stainless steel hardware. All of the buckles have rollers on them. The girth, strap which has a conway buckle for adjustment and snap on the end. This is a good pulling breast collar made here in the USA by Hill Leather Company.
