Theses are 2nds of Premium Brown harness Leather 19″ Off Billet for Saddle 2 Ply.  It is made with Wickett & Craig harness leather with latigo liner and white stitching.  The stitching outlines the billet and a design around all 4 holes.  The stitching is only on one side of the billet around the 4 holes and is not spaced right.  It is out of line some around the holes.  It is 19″ long by 1-3/4″ wide and a durable 1/4″ thick outlined with white stitching,  The off billet does not have the 3 holes on top with the leather tie.  It can be used without it or punch a couple holes yourself.  They are easy to install and great for all western saddles, Made in the USA .  The only reason they are 2nds is the stitching; not quality of leather or function.
